Love Nurture Body is designed to provide a sacred space for women to embrace our truths, heal our hearts and love our lives.
This CLASS centers around women breaking down barriers of insecurity, doubt and fear; acknowledging our personal needs, dreams and desires and embracing all of the shapes, sizes and shades of our bodies.
The Love Nurture Body Series CLASS utilizes performing and healing arts to evoke self awareness and empowerment through dance, music, yoga, meditation, poetry, visualization, movement, goal setting, affirmations and sacred circles of sharing communication.
